Scarce vintage inscribed signature on a 4x6-inch off-white card, acquired in-person by inveterate autograph hound John Virzi in the 1960s and decorated with a small Player's Directory image. In good condition, with a few minor flecks of soiling, not affecting the writing itself. Busy character actor Vince Barnett played meek, eager-to-please servants and petty crooks in scores of classic films, with several notable forays into horror, including The Corpse Vanishes (1942) and Bowery at Midnight (1942), alongside Bela Lugosi, and the cult favorite Captive Wild Woman (1943).
