Uncommon signature in black felt-tip marker on a 3x5-inch white card.  In good condition, with light ink notations on the verso.  Austrian character actor Leon Askin was a master of "funny villain" roles, often of exotic ethnicities, most notably General Burkhalter on "Hogan's Heroes" (1965-1971).  During a career spanning five decades, he was also memorable in Road to Bali (1952), Desert Legion (1953), China Venture (1953), The Robe (1953), The Veils of Bagdad (1953), Valley of the Kings (1954), Son of Sinbad (1955), One, Two, Three (1961), the horror film The Terror of Dr. Mabuse (1962), Sherlock Holmes and the Deadly Necklace (1962), and Airplane II (1982), and on T.V.'s "Adventures of Superman" (1953-1955); "Rocky and Friends" (1959-1960), as the voice of Fearless Leader; "My Favorite Martian" (1965-1966); and "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." (1966).
