Sorry, this item has already been sold.

Uncommon vintage blue fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch pale blue autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1930s. In good condition and ideal for matting with a favorite photograph. In 1938, versatile, genuinely affecting Fay Bainter became the first actress to win Oscar nominations in both the Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress categories, for White Banners and Jezebel, respectively, ultimately winning for the latter.  She was also superb in Make Way for Tomorrow (1937), Young Tom Edison (1940), Our Town (1940), Woman of the Year (1942), The Human Comedy (1943), State Fair (1945), and The Children's Hour (1961).
