Exceedingly rare-- just the third we have ever seen-- vintage 5x7-inch black and white portrait of the portly character actor as Sergeant Schulz on T.V.'s "Hogan's Heroes" (1965-1971), boldly signed and inscribed in blue felt-tip pen in the late 1960s, during the run of the show. In good condition, with some light creasing to the upper right-hand corner, away from the writing itself. As Schultz, he was constantly encountering evidence that stalag inmates he was overseeing were conducting anti-German espionage, frequently feigning ignorance with his famous catchphrase, "I see nothing! I hear nothing! I know nothing!"
