Exceptionally rare vintage 8x 8.25-inch piece of staff paper, boldly signed and inscribed in black felt-tip pen in-person at Mr. C.'s Lounge in Schenectady, New York, in the summer of 1975, as noted on the verso by the original collector. In good condition. Iconic "pretty boy" jazz trumpeter and crooner Chet Baker's career was frequently sidelined by drug addiction, and it was likely an accidental heroin overdose that led to his tragic death by defenestration at the age of 58. Never much of a signer for fans, his autograph is highly rare in any format.
