Pretty 8x10-inch black and white glossy publicity portrait, boldly signed and inscribed in black fine-tip pen in the 1980s.  In very good condition.  The T.V. actress, and country and pop singer appeared twice in Playboy Magazine, and was the live-in girlfriend of Hugh Hefner from 1969 through 1976.  When the romance began, she was 18 and he was 42.
