Great character actor Eric Blore is remembered for his precise diction and acidic irony when delivering dialogue. He was memorable in films like Flying Down to Rio (1933), The Gay Divorcee (1934), Swiss Miss (1938), The Lady Eve (1941), and The Road to Zanzibar (1941).
