From a large collection of signatures amassed in-person throughout the 1980s and 1990s by an indefatigable Los Angeles-based autograph hound comes this ultra-rare inscribed autograph in black felt-tip pen on a 3x5-inch off-white card, accompanied by a small color image of the star. In good condition. Child and teen actor Jonathan Brandis was memorable in films like The NeverEnding Story II (1990), Stephen King's It (1990) and Ladybugs (1992), and on T.V.'s "seaQuest DSV" (1993-1996). In 2002, he set his hopes on a role he had the war drama Hart's War, which he believed would revive his waning career. When much of what he filmed wound up on the cutting room floor, he grew depressed and began drinking heavily, making references to friends about suicide. Ages only 27 years, he hanged himself, succumbing to neck injuries the following day. His autograph is highly rare in any format.
