Scarce vintage fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1930s.  In good condition and suitable for matting.  Pedro De Cordoba, tall, frail-looking character actor of the silent and Golden Age screens, played scores of aristocratic Latins who were typically-- but not always!-- kindhearted and benevolent.  He appeared in a considerable number of horror, sci-fi and fantasy films, including The Dark Mirror (1920), The Young Diana (1922), Condemned to Live (1935), Tod Browning's The Devil-Doll (1936), The Ghost Breakers (1940), Before I Hang (1940), Kismet (1940), Earthbound (1940), Once Upon a Time (1944), The Picture of Dorian Gray (1945), and The Beast with Five Fingers (1946).
