Impossible to find vintage blue fountain pen signature on a 3x4-inch off-white card, acquired in-person by an inveterate autograph hound in the early 1970s. This is the only example we have ever encountered. In good condition, with a minor stain to the upper left-hand corner, away from the writing. Note that the image of the star, shown here alongside the scan of the autograph, is not included. Model and Tom Tryon lover Casey Donovan became one of the most popular gay adult film stars of the Golden Age of Porn, from the late 1960s through the mid-1980s. He died tragically of A.I.D.S. at the age of 43. His name occupies patch #50 of the A.I.D.S quilt in Washington, D.C.
