Cat. #00142230421: JUDY GARLAND

Scarce vintage inscribed blue ballpoint pen signature on a 3.25 x 5-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1950s. In good condition for its age, with a few minor surface crinkles. Sensational, if personally troubled singer, dancer and actress Judy Garland was nominated for two Oscars, for A Star Is Born (1954) and Judgment at Nuremberg (1961), and was unforgettable in other classic films like The Wizard of Oz (1939), Strike Up the Band (1940), For Me and My Gal (1942), Girl Crazy (1943), Meet Me in St. Louis (1944), The Clock (1945), Till the Clouds Roll By (1946), Easter Parade (1948), and In the Good Old Summertime (1948). She died of an accidental barbiturate overdose at the age of 47 and her autograph is both highly scarce and heavily sought by fans.
