Rather scarce signature in heavy pencil on a 7x5-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person at RKO Studios in 1937.  In good condition, with fraying to the left edge, well away from the writing, and suitable for matting.  Veteran character actor Roger Imhof began his career as a circus performer and vaudevillian, entering films in 1930.  He played tight-lipped military officers, irascible judges and domineering fathers in films like Charlie Chan's Greatest Case (1932), Ever Since Eve (1934), San Francisco (1936), The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1939), Drums Along the Mohawk (1939), Abe Lincoln in Illinois (1940), The Grapes of Wrath (1940), The Way of All Flesh (1940), Victory (1940), Manhunt (1941), Mystery Ship (1941), and This Gun for Hire (1942).
