Highly rare-- indeed, this is the third we've ever seen-- vintage black fountain pen signature on a 2x4-inch tan card, dating to the 1930s, affixed with photo mounts to an 8.5 x 11-inch sheet, made up with a newspaper image of the star. In good condition, with some minor edgewear to the card. Among his countless classic film credits, elfin Irish character actor J.M. Kerrigan is remembered by horror, sci-fi and fantasy fans as Thomas MacMasters in the Charlie Chan favorite The Black Camel (1931), Hawkins in Werewolf of London (1935), Johnny Gallagher in Gone with the Wind (1939), Charles Conliffe in The Wolf Man (1941), and Old Billy in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
