Bold vintage inscribed black fountain pen signature on a 3 x 5.5-inch lined notebook leaf, acquired in-person in the early 1940s. In good condition. Marvelous character actress Anne Revere won an Oscar for National Velvet (1944), and was also nominated for The Song of Bernadette (1943) and Gentleman's Agreement (1947).  She was elsewhere memorable in horror's Double Door (1934), The Devil Commands (1941), The Flame of New Orleans (1941), Star Spangled Rhythm (1942), The Falcon Takes Over (1942), Old Acquaintance (1943), The Keys of the Kingdom (1944), The Thin Man Goes Home (1944), Dragonwyck (1946), Body and Soul (1947), Secret Beyond the Door (1947), and A Place in the Sun (1951).
