Cat. #003111: CRAIG REYNOLDS

Sorry, this item has already been sold.

Scarce vintage pencil signature on a 4x5-inch portion of a tan autograph album page, acquired in-person by inveterate collector Rosanne Deerdorff Ochoa in 1935.  In good condition for its age and suitable for matting.  Rugged supporting actor Craig Reynolds, who was a real-life recipient of the Purple Heart, starred as Robert Ward in Perils of Pauline (1933) and Peter Harrison in the Boris Karloff film The Mystery of Mr. Wong (1939).  He was also memorable in a number of Perry Mason flicks of the 1930s, including The Case of the Lucky Legs (1935), The Case of the Black Cat (1936) and The Case of the Stuttering Bishop (1937).  The star died tragically in a motorcycle accident at the age of 42 and autographed material is highly uncommon in any format.
