Rare vintage inscribed ballpoint pen signature on a 4x5-inch turquoise album page, acquired in-person, probably in the 1970s.  In very good condition and suitable for matting.  Note that the image of the star shown alongside the scan of the autograph here is not actually included with the signed item.  Authoritative character actor Grandon Rhodes might be best remembered for his television roles as the judge on "Perry Mason" (1957-1966) and Dr. J.P. Martin on "Bonanza" (1960-1967), but his T.V. work came at the tail-end of an extensive career, which included over 150 classic film appearances.  His noteworthy credits include Strange Confession (1944); Magnificent Doll (1946); White Heat (1949); All the King's Men (1949); Tell It to the Judge (1949); The Flying Missile (1950); Born Yesterday (1950); horror's House of Wax (1950) and Revenge of the Creature (1955); sci-fi's Them! (1954), Earth vs. the Flying Saucers (1956) and 27th Day (1957); A Star Is Born (1954); Miracle in the Rain (1956); and Elvis' Jailhouse Rock (1957).
