RARE 10x8-inch black and white restrike film still, copied from an original which had punch-holes, from The Corpse Vanishes (1942), shown alongside Bela Lugosi, boldly signed and inscribed in black felt-tip pen in the 1990s. In good condition. Statuesque Elizabeth Russell, who is also remembered by horror, sci-fi and fantasy fans for her work in The Corpse Vanishes (1942), Weird Woman (1944), Bedlam (1946), and The Monolith Monsters (1957), abandoned Hollywood in 1960, slipping into almost complete obscurity. Her autograph is highly elusive in any format.
