Scarce vintage inscribed black fountain pen signature as "Randy Scott"-- which was his custom-- on a 4x6-inch tan album page, acquired in-person in the 1940s by an autograph hound named Dot Simpson. In fine condition for its age, with a gentle diagonal fold, passing through the writing. Cowboy star Randolph Scott, who also starred in Merian C. Cooper's fantasy favorite She (1935), was not the most obliging signer. His wife did most of his through-the-mail signing and authentic examples of his autograph are not very easy to come by!
