Fantastic vintage 8.5 x 11-inch magazine image in his iconic Frankenstein's Monster make-up, on the verso of the front cover of an issue of Castle of Frankenstein Magazine, from which it was once detached, boldly signed and inscribed in black felt-tip pen in the early 1970s. In good condition, with a few minor handling creases. Top B-movie villain and western star Glenn Strange is beloved of horror, sci-fi and fantasy buffs for his portrayals of Frankenstein’s monster in House of Frankenstein (1944), House of Dracula (1945) and Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948).  He also had supporting roles in The Mad Monster (1942), The Mummy’s Tomb (1942) and The Monster Maker (1944).
