Excellent vintage 8x10-inch black and white portrait of the World War II Commander-in-Chief, shown after an address aired by the radio station W.S.U.A. in the 1940s, boldly signed and inscribed in black fountain pen, possibly while President. In fine condition, with gentle crinkles and edge wear, and terrific for display.
