Highly scarce vintage inscribed signature in blue felt-tip marker on a 3x5-inch tan card, acquired in-person by inveterate autograph hound Lee Gold in the 1980s. In good condition, with a minor stain to the lower left-hand corner, away from the writing. Just the third example of her autograph we've seen in over 35 years! Beautiful B-movie actress Joan Valerie was memorable in films like The Prince and the Pauper (1937), Blazing Sixes (1937), Alcatraz Island (1937), Topa Topa (1938), and Charlie Chan in the Wax Museum (1940).
