Cat. #00525244: VERONIQUE VENDELL

Sorry, this item has already been sold.

Rare vintage inscribed black fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch pink card, acquired in-person by indefatigable autograph hound John Virzi in 1975 and decorated with a small magazine image. In good condition. French actress Veronique Vendell was dubbed "The Next Bardot," known for her voluptuous figure; round, large-cheeked face; and full lips. Her all-too-brief film career included the roles of Peter O'Toole's conquest in Becket (1964); the doomed bar-girl Monique in The Night of the Generals (1967); and Captain Moon in Barbarella (1968).
