Uncommon 5 x 7.5-inch black and white lightweight paper image-- like a magazine clipping-- boldly signed in black felt-tip pen in the 1980s. A minor patch of soiling to the upper left-hand corner and some light surface crinkles; in fine condition, despite these minor defects, but priced at signature value. Long before he gained new fame as T.V.'s Maytag Man, lovable character actor Jesse White played the rascally, gruff-mannered asylum attendant in Harvey (1950), and was a veritable scene-swiper in films like Bedtime for Bonzo (1951), Death of a Salesman (1951), The Bad Seed (1956), Designing Women (1957), It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963), sci-fi's Pajama Party (1964) and The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini (1966), and The Reluctant Astronaut (1967).  He was also a regular on television sitcoms of the 1950s and 1960s, unforgettable on classic episodes of "Make Room for Daddy" (1953-1956), "Private Secretary" (1954-1956), "The Donna Reed Show" (1959), "The Andy Griffith Show" (1961), "The Dick Van Dyke Show" (1961), "The Twilight Zone" (1961-1962), "The Beverly Hillbillies" (1963-1967, "The Addams Family" (1964), "Petticoat Junction" (1964-1966), and "The Munsters" (1965).
