Tough to acquire vintage signature in red felt-tip pen on a 3x5-inch off-white card, part of a massive horde of autographs all acquired in-person by a California-based collector named Sonny in the 1950s through 1970s. In good condition and nice for matting with a favorite photograph. As Hank Worden, a cowboy actor who had a few bad guy roles in westerns of the 1930s, grew older and scrawnier, he found new work in character roles. He was notable in several John Ford films, most notably The Searchers (1956), and he appeared in a remarkable 17 flicks alongside John Wayne, almost always cast as a rustic rube.
