Scarce signature in bold pencil on a 3.5 x 6.5-inch tan card, responding with a simple "yes" to an inquiry by the American National Theatre and Academy in 1961.  In good condition, with a gentle ink stain along the upper edge.  The familiar-faced character actor of the stage and screen was memorable in classic films like She's My Weakness (1930), The Real Glory (1952), The Last Mile (1959), Sunrise at Campobello (1960), and the horror flick Homicidal (1961).  He was also heavily active on television, including "Ethel And Albert" (1952-1953), "Perry Mason" (1961), "The Defenders" (1962-1965), and "The Patty Duke Show" (1964).
