Highly rare 5x6-inch black and white glossy half-length portrait, boldly signed in blue felt-tip marker.  In very fine condition.  The prodigious author is remembered for his classic ultra-violent novel A Clockwork Orange (1962) and the screenplay for the beloved miniseries Jesus of Nazareth (1977).
