EXTREMELY rare and vintage inscribed black fountain pen signature on a 3x5-inch off-white card, acquired in-person by indefatigable autograph hound Joe Forrest in the late 1950s and decorated with a small book image. Just the fourth example we have ever encountered, in good condition. Note that the image of the star shown here alongside the scan of the signed card is not included. Gorgeous, leggy World War II-era pin-up and cinema scream queen Ramsay Ames' small handful of credits includes the role of Amina, menaced by Lon Chaney, Jr., as Kharis, in The Mummy's Ghost (1948).
