Cat. #0003621: LUANA ANDERS

Sorry, this item has already been sold.

Scarce vintage ballpoint pen signature on a 1.25 x 4.75-inch white slip, trimmed down from an album page or letter dating to the 1960s.  In good condition, with grazing to the tip of the first letter in the salutation "Sincerely".  Before her untimely death of breast cancer at the age of 58, pretty B-movie and T.V. regular Luana Anders, who was a favorite of director Roger Corman, was memorable in cult horror and bad girl flicks like Reform School Girl (1957), The Notorious Mr. Monks (1958), The Man Who Died Twice (1958), horror's Pit and the Pendulum (1961), Night Tide (1961), Dementia 13 (1963), Sex and the College Girl (1964), Easy Rider (1969), The Manipulator (1971), The Killing Kind (1973), and The Last Detail (1973).  This is just the second example of her autograph we have ever encountered.
