Scarce 8x10-inch black and white bust portrait, signed and inscribed in fountain pen.  A diagonal crease to the bottom right-hand corner, some soiling to the upper edge, gentle border wear, and scattered handling dings. A desirable item, nonetheless. The supporting actress of the stage and screen is remembered by horror buffs for her portrayal of Meg Cameron in The Body Snatcher (1945), opposite Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi. She also played a nurse in William Castle’s Mr. Sardonicus (1961), Mrs. Fields in Castle’s Straight-Jacket (1964) and Amanda in the B-picture Die Sister, Die! (1972).
