Uncommon vintage 8x10-inch black and white portrait, boldly signed in black felt-tip pen in the late 1970s or early 1980s. In good condition. Among his countless credits in major films of the 1940s through 1990s, familiar-faced character actor Martin Balsam was memorable as the jury foreman in 12 Angry Men (1957), Detective Milton Arbogast in Alfred Hitchcock's horror classic Psycho (1960), O.J. Berman in Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961), and Admiral Kimmel in Tora! Tora! Tora! (1970).  He was also noteworthy in two classic episodes of T.V.'s "The Twilight Zone," entitled "The Sixteen Millimeter Shrine" (1959) and "The New Exhibit" (1963).
