After a long career in the Nashville library system, wonderfully scrawny, bug-eyed Billy Byrge teamed up with the late Jim Varney, appearing in all of his Ernest comedies of the 1980s and 1990s. The card makes reference to his role as the inept, trigger-happy security guard, Bobby-- everyone he played in those films was named Bobby, which is his nickname in real life!-- in Ernest Goes to Jail (1994), which is arguably the funniest of the Ernest movies.
