Extremely rare vintage inscribed signature in black fountain pen on an irregularly-trimmed portion of a brown scrapbook page, measuring about 2x4 inches, acquired in-person by inveterate autograph hounds Frances and Violet Zane in the early 1950s. Odd dimensions; otherwise, in fine condition. Note that the image of the star shown alongside the scan of the autograph here is not actually included. Rotund comic character actor Henry Calvin is best remembered for his portrayal of Sgt. Garcia on T.V.'s "Zorro" (1957-1961). He died of cancer at age 57, having signed very little during his brief lifetime, and his autograph is highly elusive in any format.
