Highly rare vintage inscribed blue ballpoint pen signature on a 4x6-inch tan album page, acquired in-person by actress and autograph collector Gloria Jean in 1962, the year the star was appearing in Walk on the Wilde Side. Accompanied by an unsigned 8x10 black and white portrait, with which the autograph can be handsomely matted up. Both are in good condition. Gorgeous French leading actress Capucine spent most of her career in Europe, making notable appearances in such Hollywood hits as North to Alaska (1960), The Pink Panther (1963) and What's New, Pussycat (1965). In 1990, she committed suicide by defenestration, aged only 62 years.
