Cat. #0008061: ROGER C. CARMEL

Sorry, this item has already been sold.

Extremely rare vintage document, taken from a larger 1969 contractual agreement with Mike Stokey Productions, relating to his appearance on the game show "Stump the Stars," measuring about 8.5 x 14 inches when unfolded and boldly signed in black felt-tip marker at the bottom. In good condition. With his large frame, round face, handlebar mustache, baritone voice, and flare for high camp, there was no missing character actor Roger C. Carmel. Before his tragic death of hypertensive cardiomyopathy at the age of 54, he appeared in scores of films and television programs, but he is perhaps best remembered for his portrayals of Harry Mudd on "Star Trek" (1966-1967) and Colonel Gumm on "Batman" (1967), lending his unique blend of malice, laced with sardonic humor.
