Scarce fountain pen signature on a 2x3-inch tan card, dated 1929 on the verso. In good condition, with gentle toning, and nice for matting with a favorite photograph. Note that the image of the star shown alongside the scan of the autograph here is not actually included with the signed piece. Joseph Cawthorn, veteran character actor of the stage, and silent and early talkie screen, is remembered by horror buffs for his key role as Dr. Bruner in the Bela Lugosi classic White Zombie (1932).
