Scarce vintage inscribed blue ballpoint pen signature on a 4x5-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person in the 1950s. In good condition. Baggy-eyed, chrome-domed character actor Fred Clark was a master of "slow burn" comedy, playing dour, ill-tempered twerps you loved to hate.  A veritable scene-stealer in Sunset Blvd. (1950), A Place in the Sun (1951), The Lemon Drop Kid (1951), The Solid Gold Cadillac (1956), Auntie Mame (1958), and Bells Are Ringing (1960), he made several contributions to the horror, sci-fi and fantasy genres, with Visit to a Small Planet (1960), an episode of T.V.'s "The Twilight Zone" entitled "A Most Unusual Camera" (1960), and The Curse of the Mummy's Tomb (1964). Throughout the 1960s, he familiar face on sitcoms like "The Addams Family" (1965), "I Dream of Jeanie" (1967), and "The Beverly Hillbillies," on which he played Dr. Roy Clyburn from 1963-1967.
