Extremely rare and just great vintage handwritten, inscribed, autographed note in blue ink on a postcard mailed to a friend from Portugal in the early 1960s. In good condition, with some brushing to the ink in a few spots. Oscar-nominated director, producer and screenwriter Merian C. Cooper is also renowned by horror, sci-fi and fantasy fans for King Kong (1931), The Most Dangerous Game (1932), The Monkey's Paw (1933), The Son of Kong (1933), She (1935), Dr. Cyclops (1940), and Mighty Joe Young (1949).
