Charming 8x10-inch black and white portrait with thin, white borders, boldly signed and inscribed in blue fountain pen in the 1940s. In good condition for its age, with some mounting remnants on the verso. Note that almost all autographed material which surfaces from the beautiful star dates to her later years. Elegant Welsh leading lady Peggy Cummins starred as Joanna Harrington, opposite Dana Andrews, in Jacques Tourneur's horror classic Curse of the Demon (1957), also known by its original title, Night of the Demon.
