Vintage 4x6-inch sepia-tone Gaza Studios publicity portrait on lightweight paper, dating to the 1930s, boldly signed in blue fountain pen.  In good condition for its age, with negligible edge wear.  The lovely West Indian-born leading lady of the silent era through the late 1970s is remembered by horror, sci-fi and fantasy buffs for her starring role as Jane Olsen in Robert Wiene's The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (1920).
