Scarce signature in fountain pen on a 4x6-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person at Los Angeles' fabled Uplifters Club in 1935 and decorated by the original collector with a small magazine image. In good condition, with irregular trimming to the left edge. After a small role in the Bela Lugosi horror gem Murders in the Rue Morgue in 1932, the charming child and teenage actress starred in two classics of the fantasy genre, Alice in Wonderland (1933) and Babes and Toyland (1934). In her twenties, she generally concentrated on darker fare, withe memorable roles in Charlie Chan at the Opera (1936), The Mandarin Mystery (1936) and the Frank Buck serial Jungle Menace (1937). Her autograph is highly elusive in any format.
