Quite scarce vintage inscribed black felt-tip pen signature on a 4x6-inch white card of the great British character actor who played Georges Simenon's Maigret on BBC Television in the 1960s, adding his character name, acquired in-person by an inveterate collector in 1965, while he was starring in that beloved role. In very good condition. Note that the image of the star shown here alongside the scan of the autograph is not included. Davies is also remembered for his appearances in The Spy Who Came in From the Cold (1965) and Dracula Has Risen from the Grave (1968).
