Uncommon vintage inscribed ballpoint pen signature on a 4x6-inch pale blue autograph album page, acquired in-person in the early 1980s.  In good condition, with a minute tear to the upper edge, well away from the writing, which is suitable for matting.  Great English-born Irish film and stage character actor Donal Donnelly, much associated with the plays of Brian Friel, portrayed a mixed bag of vile, authoritative and avuncular types in films like Shake Hands with the Devil (1959), I'm All Right (1959), The Knack... and How to Get It (1965), The Dead (1987), Twister (1989), The Godfather: Part III (1990), and This Is My Father (1998).
