Cat. #0013223112: PATTY DUKE

Sorry, this item has already been sold.

Definitive 8x10-inch black and white portrait in her Oscar-winning role as Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker (1964), boldly signed in black felt-tip marker in-person at a film convention appearance before her untimely death. Spunky juvenile actress Patty Duke went on to star as both Patty and Cathy Lane on T.V.'s "The Patty Duke Show" (1963-1966)-- a show which arguably reflected her off-screen battle with manic-depression-- and Neeley O'Hara in Valley of the Dolls (1967). She was also a regular in B-level horror, sci-fi and fantasy films, including 4D Man (1959), The Daydreamer (1966), Journey to the Unknown (1969), She Waits (1972), You'll Like My Mother (1972), Look What Happened to Rosemary's Baby (1976), Curse of the Black Widow (1976), The Swarm (1978), Manson Family Movies (1984), Willy/Milly (1986), Amityville: The Evil Escapes (1989), Prelude to a Kiss (1992), and Grave Secrets: The Legacy of Hilltop Drive (1992).
