Elusive signature in Sharpie marker on a light blue 3x5-inch card, acquired in-person in January, 2003.  In very good condition.  Five years after signing this piece, good-looking television and film actor Peter Facinelli snagged the major role of Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the wildly popular Twilight vampire movie series (2008-2012).
