Cat. #00135101111: GLENDA FARRELL

Uncommon vintage inscribed black fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch yellow autograph album page, acquired in-person by inveterate collector Howard Davis at Boston's Colonial Theater in the 1930s. In good condition. Perhaps best remembered for her portrayal of ever-manic Torchy Blane in the 1930s, beautiful Glenda Farrell was memorable in films like Little Caesar (1930), I Am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang (1932), Mystery of the Wax Museum (1933), Lady for a Day (1933), The Talk of the Town (1942), and Kissin' Cousins (1964) before her death of cancer at age 66.
