Highly rare vintage 8x10-inch black and white portrait for Mel Brooks' Silent Movie (1976), boldly signed with his name alone in black felt-tip pen around the time of the film, and handsomely matted and framed to an overall size of 12.5 x 14 inches. The photo is in good condition; the frame shows some scuffing and wear along the left side. The photo has never been examined outside of the frame, so we cannot say for certain that it has its full borders, but we believe so. Best remembered for his portrayal of Igor in Mel Brooks' Universal horror movie send-up Young Frankenstein (1974), bug-eyed comic actor Marty Feldman died of a heart attack at the age of 48. His autograph is tough to acquire in any format.
