Cat. #0013514: EDITH FELLOWS

Vintage fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch pale yellow autograph album page, acquired in-person in 1938, when she was 14 years of age.  In good condition, with irregular trimming to left edge which gently grazes the first letter of her salutation, "Good wishes always".  Energetic child actress Edith Fellows was memorable in classic films like Daddy Long Legs (1931), Huckleberry Finn (1931), Jane Eyre (1934), Kid Millions (1934), Pennies from Heaven (1936), Music in My Heart (1940), Heart of the Rio Grande (1942), and the Five Little Peppers film series (1939-1940).  After a long hiatus from Hollywood, she reemerged in the 1980s, popping up in characters roles like Edith Head in Grace Kelly (1983) and Mrs. Wilson in the horror flick The Hills Have Eyes II (1984).
