Surprisingly scarce signature in black ballpoint pen on a 3x5-inch white card, dating to the 1970s or 1980s.  In very good condition.  The tough-looking character actor played cranky, explosive detectives, gangsters, henchmen, sheriffs, military men, foremen, and business executives in scores of films and television programs of the 1940s through 1960s.  His many classic movie credits include Ma and Pa Kettle Go to Town (1950), Where the Sidewalk Ends (1950), The Atomic City (1952), the horror and sci-fi favorite Invaders from Mars (1953), The Long, Long Trailer (1953), The Desperate Hours (1955), Paths of Glory (1957), The Goddess (1958), What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962), and Hang 'Em High (1968).
