Scarce vintage signature in black fountain pen on a lined 3x5-inch card, dated August, 1965.  In very good condition.  The Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist, author and composer, is remembered for his ludicrously complex inventions, designed to accomplish the simplest tasks.  He also scripted, directed and occasionally starred in scores of comedy shorts in the silent and early talkie eras.
