Scarce vintage signature in black fountain pen on a double-sided 1931 contract with Samuel Goldwyn, Inc., penned beneath that of Vice President Abraham Lehr.  About 8x14 inches in size, with a horizontal fold down the center, and in good condition, with light edge wear.  The gorgeous leading lady made her film debut in the silent horror classic The Last Performance (1927) and went on to portray The Girl in the important fantasy short The Wizard's Apprentice (1930).  In heaps of classic films like Street Scene (1931), The Adventures of Marco Polo (1938), Marie Antoinette (1938), Hitler-- Beast of Berlin (1939), Road to Singapore (1939), I Escaped from the Gestapo (1943), The Story of Dr. Wassell (1943), Our Vines Have Tender Grapes (1945), The Razor's Edge (1946), Joan of Arc (1948), Dark City (1950), The Greatest Show on Earth (1952), The Atomic City (1952), The Eddie Cantor Story (1953), she is further remembered by horror, sci-fi and fantasy fans for her portrayal of Cora Mayberry in The Return of Dracula (1958), starring Francis Lederer.
